How many people are you expecting to attend?

We now have 300 people registered to attend, including key decision makers from the Armed Services, both uniformed and civilian, and influential contributors to the modern learning industry.

What are the costs associated with exhibiting or attending this event?

This event is completely free!

How do I become a sponsor?

We are looking for additional sponsors to assist us with the cost of staging this non-proft event. In return for a small amount we will publicize your company on all of our marketing literature, programme and websit. For further sponsorship details please get in touch

Is it possible for me to speak at the conference?

Unforunately all of the speaking slots have been taken for the conference. We have deliberately kept it to 5 presentations as feedback from previous conference delegates is that there is often not enough time to see all the exhibits. We think our programme provides a good balance of presentations and networking opportunities.

As an exhibitor, what time can we arrive on 31st October at MLS07 to prepare for the day?

Exhibitors are welcome to arrive from 0730. The exhibition arena opens to delegates at 0800.

Can we set up our exhibit before hand?

Yes, exhibitors are strongly encouaged to setup on the afternoon before the event.  The venue will be open from 1pm to 4.30pm on 30th October for this purpose.

What size exhibit space will we be allocated?

3m x 2m. However, if you require extra space please contact us and if extra space is available we will try our very best to accommodate you.

Where will our stand be positioned?

Please see the exhibition page which contains the latest floorplan.

Will we have access to an electrical supply?

Each stand will have access to upto 1kW of power.  Exhibitors are requested to bring their own extension leads (we advise surge-protected sockets).

As an exhibitor am I able to watch the presentations?

MLS07 is proving very popular and we now approach full capacity. We will aim to allocate one seminar pass per stand, depending upon availability.

What do we need to bring with us?

Companies are requested to bring their own stands, everything they need for their exhibit (including extension leads) and evidence of their Public Liability Insurance. RNSME can provide two tables (each measuring 1.6 x 0.8 m) and 3 standard office chairs for each exhibit stand.

The programme times on this website are different to those given on the DIN/RNTM. Which programme should I use?

The programmes in the RNTM and DIN were provisional and have changed since they were issued.  The latest programme is given on this site, although we would kindly ask that you keep referring back as it is still subject to further minor alterations.
